Stepping-Stone International School Bangladesh (SISB) is the result of the blood, sweat, and tears of parents who encountered injustice, unfairness, and humiliation during one of the most unfortunate events in human history, the covid-19 pandemic. When English Medium schools were asking full tuition fees during online classes and even withdrew students if unable to pay the fees, some of the pioneer parents came forward and raised their voice against these unjust practices. Bangladesh English Medium School Parents Forum ( BEMSPF) was formed led by Mr. A K M Ashraful Haque ( Founder and President, BEMSPF). This groundbreaking movement gave birth to SISB, a school that would stand on humanitarian ground and would address these existing problems of our education system in addition to providing International standard lessons and curriculum. Afroza Hoque Chowdhury Principal (Acting) Afroza Hoque Chowdhury joined SISB as Vice Principal in July 2024 and is currently serving as Acting Principal. She brings over 22 years of teaching experience, including 14 years at Glenrich International School as a Senior Mathematics Teacher.
